Grievances

JJ Assessments and Clinical Services will conduct all activities in strict conformance with the ethical principles of professional associations that approved our programs as a provider of continuing education. We will comply with all legal and ethical responsibilities to be non-discriminatory in promotional activities, program content, and the treatment of program participants. Jennifer Jones, LMHC, LCPC, LPCC will monitor all our educational programs to ensure full compliance. JJ Assessments  assure fair treatment for all of our clients. Our clients are to contact Jennifer Jones, LMHC, LCPC, LPCC if a problem arises and requires intervention or action from our end. The clients of JJ Assessments and Clinical Services will have direct access to Jennifer Jones, LMHC, LCPC, LPCC via private chat or email. The clients can send their written complaints to Jennifer Jones, LMHC, LCPC, LPCC via chat or info@jjasessments.com or by calling 1-954-408-2082. Jennifer Jones, LMHC, LCPC, LPCC will respond to the client who initiated the grievance within 24 hours and should resolve it within 72 hours or less. If the client is dissatisfied with the quality of the course, we will provide an alternative approach of equal length at no cost. A general summary of the class with their respective objectives and the course's tuition fee will be provided on our site. We will track all grievances for analysis and quality improvements.
